I have used Able Bath Restoration. Only sprayed tub, and added new floor and wall tiles.
Most resprayers were quoting me around $100 pm2 for tiles, and I found it cheaper to retile.
Also forgot to add that I stripped the batromm myself and didn't move any plumbing. Therefore I should add $160 for impact drill hire (bloody hard work when it was 36 degrees), plus an extra couple of hundred bucks for electrical and handyman to install accessories. These small extras are part of a full reno, which cost $9000 for the full 2br apartment.
The propertywas for resale, so the fixtures weren't that flash, but looked inpressive.

PS: Property was sold 3 weeks after the Auction for $6000 less than our dream price, but $4000 more than our Minimum price.
We were pretty happy given that I spent about 35 hands on myself.
