Any updates from anyone?

Finding it very hard to find properties in this price range now and have put a handful of low ball offers on some places with no bites what so ever!

Just about everybody I talk to who is serious about buying is thinking about how much ABOVE the asking price they need to offer to get the property.

The market seems to be hot almost everywhere. A good time to sell IMHO.

It was good. We went for a drive around tons of areas and went to about a dozen home opens. Even though some of those areas are considered awful by the locals, they look surprisingly neat and tidy. Positive cashflow plus renoable plus developable, not really sure how ya could go wrong.

Was also good to see properties owned by others in our group plus my own 2 SA properties for the first time
