The lenders were scored out of 5 on a variety of criteria. Overall results were:
That's got to be a big kick in the pants for heavies on the bottom two rungs of the ladder, though would they care?
Westpac has been trumpeting about its increased sales volumes lately which appear to have been achieved without the support of the broker community.
Despite coming bottom in the overall scores, NAB scored the highest for best interest rates. ANZ was tops for best product range and best credit policy.
It would be interesting to hear what the brokers on the forum have to say.
