Hello everyone!
This month's speaker is Julia Hartman. Julia will be talking about capitalising interest with ideas on reducing non-deductible debt, how cash flow operates in SMSFs that borrow to invest and basic issues regarding trusts.
Julia Hartman is the founder of BAN TACS Accountants. She writes for Australian Property Investor magazine and has recently co-authored a book on tax and rental properties, with Noel Whittaker. Julia also maintains the BAN TACS web site which has an express access page for property investors linking them straight to lots of helpful material most of which is free. The site also has a question and answer section.
