Buyers Agent in NSW

Hi All,

Anyone know good buyers agent for properties in NSW? I live in Melb and interested in buying a house in western sydney and build a granny flat for better cashflow. I researched / visited Sydney for a couple days and have a rough idea on which suburbs I like.

Does anyone have any comment on Positive Renovation?

Same company. I don't like them. I've written about it before on here. search if you want more info. Type the following into google.

In short- they were only interested in me buying their OTP builds.
Plus they are fanchised out now so each "branch" is only as good as those running it IMO.

Thirded this - both seem to have a wealth of knowledge.

For GF builds and Wsyd I'd also recommend Right Property Group.

I have spoken to both of them. They know what they are doing I believe they have no other interest other than doing the best for their client.
