Can anyone recommend a strata gardener & cleaner and a painter please

I have a painter, but he doesn't do strata (smart man he is). We are sourcing quotes for painting of the common stairwell, doors, common front door.

I am looking for a strata gardener & cleaner. Western Sydney.

Any recs?

Hi Miss Green Eyes, I use a company called Ace Intergrated Services for lawns and gardens and they do strata and rental properties all over Sydney, good rates - Call Len on 0417280073. For painting call George from NG Painting on 0417211940, his prices are a little higher but does a great job and lasts.
