I wish the good ole days of being a landlord would come back.
They were feared. I was scared of all of mine, and was never late with rent.

I rented about 6 places, and not one landlord ever showed me a place with a tenant in place, or ever showed an applicant thru while I was a tenant.

Strange when I think about it.They must have carried out all maintenance then.

The young couple did alright for themselves in the end. They went on to play the kids of Ted Bullpit in Kingswood country!!!
