A potential client has contacted us re purchasing a property in the Hunter Region of NSW. Medowie to be exact. He is looking at a $500K property and from initial enquiries, does seem to have the capacity to repay the loan. He also has $50k to put down on the deal.
Karen & I normally offer instalment contracts to our clients but we haven't gone with this one because it's above the price range we're currently working in.
