Commercial Property Cycles - Where Are We?

Hi,

Any thoughts on where we might be in the property cycles of each of the 3 main sectors, ie, office, retail, industrial - and also, with respect to each state, or whichever sector or state you are familiar with...?

Any general comments about the nature of each sectors cycle, eg, how long they are, how it progresses and the key influences on each cycle...?

Plenty of speculation on that subject right now.

A good book to read is "How Commercial Property Really Works" (2E).

It contains opinion about where the market will be in 2007 / 2008.
