I was looking at Cranbourne earlier this year and through research found out then that Frankston which apparently is adjacent was the place to invest in ...missed the Frankston bus and prices have spiked up substantially there.
Also, got mentioned that Cranbourne is the single mothers' capital of Australia ... don't know whether that is a good or bad thing from an investment perspective.
