Deposit Bond

Hi all,

I need to arrange a deposit bond for a vacant block of land. Can someone recommend/suggest a reputable company or two?

Deposit Bonds are generally issued (or underwritten) by insurance companies.

Just google "deposit bond" - they're all good
If you don't come up with the cash at settlement though, they will......and then they'll hunt you down

last one I used went broke (I think it was 'equity bonds') and started sellign roof insulation. now they are probably into solar panels

I recently used deposit access for an OTP IP - due to settle in mid 2012.

I preferred deposit access over deposit power. Both charge roughly the same (you can use their online premium calcs to compare) - however, deposit access require less equity in existing properties.
