Do Property Investor meet ups on here happen?

Just wondering if some of you get together from time to time to discuss property, investment, development etc?

As most of you know, its extremely difficult to meet like minded people who 'are on the same page' and have a good chat/discussion.

Yeah so just wondering if there are groups on here that do this.. particularly in Sydney?
