Yeah it was turn key. Didn't want to have the hassle of going up there and completing it myself. Good luck with the plans. My main experience is get those right for council and it should be smooth sailing.
New updated photos. Should take hold in 2-3 weeks.

The Duplex will be complete on the 25 Jul 13. My wife and I will go visit it on the 26 Jul 13. Looking so forward to it, as its taken a lot of time and dedication from both of us to get to this stage. Please visit the below link for 8 new photos of the duplex.

The properties have been added to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au today and are ready to be rented from 30 Jul 13.

Finally the duplex has been finished. I have uploaded the professional photographs onto my photobucket link below.

The bank val came in at $550,000, so I'm pretty chuffed and it has provided an immediate $210,000 equity.
Was really happy with the finishes and the professionalism of the builders. I would recommend TJS Building to anyone that wants to build in the Toowoomba, Ipswich, Dalby, Warwick and Chinchilla area.

We've got them advertised at $320 p/w each. So cashflow positive by $120-30 p/w.
