Cool. I'm just looking at some plans from project builders now.

They seem cheaper, but I am sure there will be a lot more add-ons.

Is your price basically turn-key?

i.e. includes everything including floor coverings, landscape etc?

I'm probably looking for about 145 sqm per duplex.

Yeah it was turn key. Didn't want to have the hassle of going up there and completing it myself. Good luck with the plans. My main experience is get those right for council and it should be smooth sailing.
 
The properties have been added to realestate.com.au and domain.com.au today and are ready to be rented from 30 Jul 13.
We conduct handover of the property on Friday. Woohoo!

The bank val came in at $550,000, so I'm pretty chuffed and it has provided an immediate $210,000 equity.

Was really happy with the finishes and the professionalism of the builders. I would recommend TJS Building to anyone that wants to build in the Toowoomba, Ipswich, Dalby, Warwick and Chinchilla area.

Nice to have that immediate equity gain.

So if each duplex is valued at $275k, what rent are you looking at?
