EBM flood insurance storm definition

I've just spent half an hour searching here but cant find what I'm looking for.

I know it's a weekend. I'm reading my EBM/QBE docs and they have a new def of flood, the letter is dated 19th June 2013, attached to the renewal.

Can anyone confirm what this is:
(d) another natural watercourse (whether or not it has been altered or modified)


Does this refer to overland run off from a storm?

I'm currently on annual leave and have replied by private message, I am just seeking one further clarification to be 100% clear.

The definition by the way is a standard definition across all insurers, mandated by the government to ensure the flood definition is the same across all policies.

I will reply again when I can but have limited time to do so while I'm away.
