Engineer for double garage application

I have been told by council I may extend my single carport to a double garage but need building approval (Perth - Joondalup council).

Can someone please recommend an engineer who can put my docs together at a reasonable price?

Hi Heroine, I would recommend having building plans drawn up first, then take the building plans to an engineer to certify.

I run an online drafting service so if want to send through a sketch and a site plan showing the existing garage then I can give you a price for the building plans. I can also arrange the engineering at cost price for you..

I work for the type of engineer you're looking for. MIchael is correct. Get a drafty to prepare your site plan and elevations first, then send them to an engineer to certify.
