Fabulous improvement. What product did you end up going with and price paid?

Whats happening with where the bottom of wall meets the path? Looks like its not finished.

The paint that was used was Taubman Bagging Moroka and total cost to the house and granny flat came to $5500.

Hi guys decided to paint the exterior. Attached is an example of a friend's house and it looks like its rendered but its not. The total cost to paint the house and garage cost $4,000 which I think is not too bad.

I reckon you could bag and paint it for that much...
