Feature Property on realestate.com

Hi All
when selling has anyone used "Feature property" ??

Any useful strategies for marketing on realestate.com that has worked for you to get better exposure, and ultimately secure a sale??

Looking for ideas and what others are doing?

Hi MTR

It's almost mandatory to feature list in many areas as the listing will get lost and drop below page one without a feature list.

Same with rentals - there are a few we get away with without feature listing but most require that extra boost to increase visibility.

A chat with the property editor of the local paper doesn't go astray to get a write up etc.

A chat with the property editor of the local paper doesn't go astray to get a write up etc.

The one in my local area will take submissions (usually the REA will org) but will not write an article unless have placed an ad in the local paper.
