Great PM in Templestowe Lower :)

Hi,

We have just bought our first IP in Lower Templestowe and are looking to get a PM to manage it.

Being our first experience, can you please advise if you have had any successful PM's in East that you are happy with.

Fees are not important to us as someone who is reliable, proactive and will do a great job.

I live in that area, and we are renting through Philip Webb, Lisa Lionetti.

She is a good PM, from our perspective as a tenant.

She works out of the Mitcham office, but they have offices in Doncaster and Ringwood.
