I used to ride a pushbike

where he rips around the tree at 3:10 is amazing!!!!!! you need serious body extremity perception to pull that stuff off.

i used to have some kick a s s trix on my bixxer but i discovered rollerblades - i'm 29 and as unfit as all hell now, but i managed to pull off my kerb-treehop jump stunt on my skates only a few months ago. it's amazing how much body memory stays with you.

*sigh*

trailbikes are so much fun and such a different bike to ride because they have such a seriously low COG. a bixxer is about as close as most of us will get, the disc brakes help no end but you just can't pull that crap off with a regular MTB.

i want my goose back now.

Fantastic.

Aside from dynamic balance, that guy has great proprioception (joint position sense) to allow (and cushion) his landings from such heights on all variety of surfaces.

Thanks for sharing Amy.
