Would you believe bad photos, no floor plans, no OFIs and incompetent agents are no barrier to a property selling?
Not only that but it's part of some agents' deliberate strategies.

Apparently it all comes down to price. In other words the market is perfect, all buyers are hard-heads like us, presentation doesn't matter and there is no variation in sale prices for similar properties.
You're quite right that Jenman agents (at least the ones who take the master's advice with amateurish property presentation and smudged logos) can be good hunting grounds for investor buyers.
