i was no way insulting what you've done - i think it's a really well thought out reno and obviously well executed.

Its nice, but not really my style. Love the stairs.

Is the fireplace gas or is it one of those biofuel fireplaces? I'm interested in getting something very similar for outside.

Hi Aaron, I'm not insulted. I thought the toilet was funny too.

Nemo30, it is one of those bio ethanola fireplaces you can see in the photo.

I did a fair bit of research before and after buying one of these. I don't have any regrets but there is a down side to them.

Very nice for a small space ... love the stairs.

Also, goes to show how important styling is to increasing the perceived desirability. Imagine the same property with daggy furniture/clutter or no furniture ... nowhere near as attractive.
