Hi Everyone
I am looking for someone to JV with to find blocks of units and strata title them and then eventually sell.
The JV I am looking for is to go in 50 / 50 for everything.
Someone who has time during the week to get together form a criterias for the properties we select
Someone who has time to go and inspect properties together
Someone who can at least once a week to sit down and filter through properties we have found to work out which one best fit our criteria
Someone who has is able to put in 50% of deposit needed and then be able to get finance or have the rest of the finance
I am currently finding properties which may be possible to strata title however would like to have someone else to discuss it with and get second opinions etc
