Well at this time of year many are setting new goals as I am too.
Though we shouldn't forget where we are now and not lose focus on why we are doing what we are.
This new year break I couldn't get the message below out of my head, so I printed and posted it at home and thought I'd share it with you too. I'm sure that most of you feel the same. It's a bit mushy ... sorry guys.
