NSW - Floor sanding and polishing progress

I guess I'm trying to cheer myself up with all the issues. Improvement always makes me happy.

Will do another thread on final look and learnings once I got a professional photos

Not perfect as the wood was in bad conditions, especially the kitchen.
The water damaged floor won't look the same, but it's better than leaving a rotting wood down there attracting bugs. In the future when they lose their shine I can always line something else on top.

I get the sanding guy in, I don't think I can handle those myself. Won't know what to do , he also send pics of work along the way.

Hi Ben, I used Akos from Pro Fit Flooring. He's based in Maitland and around though, so not sure whether he'll come down. Rate was $30 persqplus g st.

I have the impression that you'll be more spoilt with choices and better price in Sydney
