Owners corp recommendation north melbourne

Hi, this is my first post and I need
a recommendation.
We need to find another owners corp manager for a small o/ corp of 4. We currently pay around $1000 per lot.
The current owners corp manager seems to be "too busy "( To which he replied to me in a email")and he took over 1 month to action my water leak to which he actioned when there was a major leak which created substantial amount of damage to my property and fixtures.
Hoping that someone can help, thanks!

Another approach is to call a couple of local real estate agents for ask for some recommendations.

You can try www.sha.com.au They do Owners Corporation as well. Not sure if they'll take the size of your O/C but worth asking.

Very good in what they are doing.
