Perlubie Beach is located about 15km from Streaky Bay in a farming community. It is a very nice spot to get away for a holiday. It does not have any retail services, the closest of these is at Streaky Bay. Ceduna is the next major town about 80km away. I understand most of the residences there are owned by people who use them as personal holiday houses/get away places. Houses are located on a hill overlooking the beach and ocean with views back to Streaky Bay and along the cost to the North.
Depends on what you want to do with an investment but suggest you contact Streaky Bay Council for more information and if possible visit the area.
