I know in Pricefinder you can do a search on current properties for sale or rent with certain criterias like price range or suburb but does it also have the ability to send you weekly email alerts for new properties as they get listed?

Nope, dont think so, i Couldnt find that option.

Does anyone know how to find the phone number and name of a property recently sold that does not have this info in Pricefinder?

Why not email them?
