I was wondering if there is anyone here are passionate about all things property and good with web programming?

Would love to present some useful info to our friends here but no idea of creating a professional web site.

Happy to pay to the right person =)

Have you thought about using blogging software? Here are a couple of pages that list a few of the options. I don't think you need much coding skill to use Wordpress for example. Youtube has a bunch of tutorials.
