My concern is integrity, I understand you were involved with Cashflow Copit8l an Australian buyers agent, this group were selling dud properties in Detroit to Oz investors, I know someone who got burnt by this group.
The fact that you are or were associated with this group does not sit well with me. Would you like to elaborate?

I was brought in to Cash Flow Capital to establish a mentoring program. Let me be clear when I joined them it was on the condition that they dropped Detroit. I agree its a crap market. I had set up a business in Texas.
I established a mentoring program and we put together the development model
After a period they wanted me to sell the mentoring program and hand clients over to the sales people I refused they got rid of me
A big problem was I did not get along with the owner of the business.
I could say a lot more but will not do it here.
Lets just say that the reason I am running my own business is that I will not work for someone else again. If I make a decision then i am fully responsible.
If you contact me privately I would be happy to put you in touch with people who will back what i am saying.
