Seen this last night on ACA, seems she was serving an eviction notice and things got way out of hand

Is it good that she cares or will LLs now have trouble leasing through her ?

She was emotional, he seemed to be bullying her, she had enough and went a bit too far back...

Having said that owing 9k in rent the LL would have been pressuring the eviction. Tenant had to know it was coming and he was prepared with camera. No sympathy for tenant.

No sympathy as clearly there's much more to the story, however, the agent was very unprofessional and I think it reflects badly on the agency IMO.

I never hand deliver notices to vacate, because things can get nasty.

They should have filled the pool with mud and sorted it out with a mud fight. Would have made better vision.

If someone treated my wife like that a ambulance would have been needed to cart the tenant away,just another big mouth bogan!!!!!!

I wonder how much they paid ACA for their mention? It would be unlike ACA not to chase revenue from a mob like this.

In fact it's highly likely land lord watch is behind the segment.
