Got a few small jobs that need to be done on some properties that we have. Around the Chermside area.....
Looking for:
A painter to fix up a mouldy shower/repaint/repair the plaster etc.
A builder/handyman to do a simple bathroom reno in a block of flats., ie pull out old bath tub, replace with shower, new vanity etc.
Plumber - preferably a more commercial one as he will be looking at an issue we have with a commercial property.
Throw your recommendations at me! Looking at building a small team of tradies we can rely on.....
