Recommendations - low cost Strata Management company in Melb

Hi guys,

Could anyone recommend a low cost strata management company in Melbourne. Nothing too complex, straight forward group of 4 properties, has car stacker but no lifts, pools etc.

Why focus on the cost of the cost SM? a good one will save you more than a cheap one or no-one.

The SM should be seen as a value add not a cost.

Thanks for your reply Scott. My enquiry was more around it being only a small group of properties. I should have worded better. We've since been able to find one who serves our purpose, we found a lot of the companies weren't really interested in our smaller size.
