Restumping prices in ballarat

Anyone know of anyone that can restump a house in Sebastopol? and roughly how much it will cost,

its a 2bdr home, 7m front, about 15m deep,
its on stumps which are rotted pretty badly, however the gap between the floor and ground is tiny,

the last time I got a quote was about $7k for a 3bdr house in QLD

Hi, I find Ballarat quite expensive for major structural renovations. We restumped a 2 bed home in Mt Pleasant 3 years ago and quotes ranged from $12000 - $22000. Best get a few quotes.

got a verbal quote of $8k for restumping,

am pretty happy with that, all insured, registered and 6 or 7 year warranty

Beware the verbal quote. Sebas has areas that require deeper footings old wet areas. I would get everything in writing and itemised . Make sure it's not just a " jack and pack "
I would crawl under house and look with the guy quoting it to see how many and where they are packing or replacing and if the footing needs work how deep the concrete etc
