# Quakers - the nth side of quakers hill parkway, and east of the railway line.
Bill
I can't think of any postives (to Holsworthy/Wattlegrove) from the construction of this terminal.
More importantly, I fear it will have a negative impact on property prices in the area.
Can you think of anything?

Raja has changed his mind and deleted his post on Seven Hills
He basically said that Seven Hills is quite a convenient suburb to live in and house prices there are still quite cheap compared to some other suburbs which
do not have all of the infrastructure that Seven Hills has.
He also noted that the best streets are all the ones which lead to Australorp Ave.
Although I would have thought that the streets on the Northern part close to Kings Langley
are a better choice.
I've heard about the Moorebank freight terminal but never looked into it.
Is it definitely going ahead?
You've mentioned the negatives are there any positives from the construction of this terminal?
I have also heard that most of the housing commission homes are on the North of Seven Hills.

Not sure where they are going to find the space from???
Hi BV,
Yes I did delete my own post as I wasn't sure if I should have mentioned specific streets. I would suggest to anyone interested in Seven Hills to have a drive around some of the streets there and then drive down Australorp Ave to see the difference. I have not changed my mind, but just wasn't sure if it was right to post specific streets.
Between Seven Hills and Kings Langley you will come across Lalor Park which I would say is not as good. There are some even cheaper houses here then Seven Hills but the area is not that great. Going forward this will change offcourse. This is why you will find houses south of the train line usually sell for more then the north side.
I have also heard that most of the housing commission homes are on the North of Seven Hills.
