Message: My one and only rental is a nice country victorian, built in 1900. I lived in it and raised my kids there for 15 years. I've only ever rented it once. I have been in the process of evicting them since March. DOH came in and took samples and yes, they were cooking meth.
Now, my insurance co. (Met) is refusing to pay for the clean-up. (Can they do that?)
HELP!!!! I have been paying two mortages now since Dec. 2001 and this clean-up looks to be costing about $25,000.
Anybody have any ideas? --209.245.167.28
