congrats dags. Not bad equity gain. But how long was the project - when did you settle, when did you start renovating and when did you finish and rent out?

reno was done in 2 months and we have been living in the property until recently when we found it was cheaper to rent out the PPOR and find a place to rent ourselves.
We needed to free up some cashflow as to fund our next purchase.
