Well I'm happy to report that no more noise was had on Saturday or Sunday.
I'm guessing that it's just occasional, good.

Assuming you mean Human & Canine alike, my neighbors are aurally abusive... They bark at their own barking ad-infinitum. If the Human co-inhabitants weren't such good folks I'd be tempted to buy a Rooster in retaliation.

Oh wait, never mind, they have a temporally challenged Rooster too.
