Thoughts on Bracken Ridge

I've narrowed my search down to Bracken Ridge, can still get a decent house under 450k. I live on the South side so don't know much about the area? Anyone who lives there or around can give me any details? what's the demand like in the area? Anything around 350-450k seems to be moving quick. Can anyone recommend any suburbs in Brisbane under 450k as close as possible to the CBD, and not Logan I've already got exposure there.

You could of bought a house in bracken ridge for about 270 , 12 - 15 months ago

450 is a lot to spend there in my opinion
