[Things and disputes happen in the course of doing business. But when they do happen, I believe the fastest and easiest way to move forward will be to acknowledge and/or diffuse the issue (e.g. apologise) and then lay down plan forward to solve the issue. I feel that in my dealing with the company so far, issues were made much more complicated with all these useless 'games' and ego of the some of the people I dealt with. Very unpleasant. Definitely not an experience I'm keen to repeat.[/QUOTE]
Kristaje i just wanted to commend you on how you have handled yourself in such a difficult time. You did not wallow in anger and blame and were incredibly patient and understanding. You gave chance after chance and put forward the positives as well, I just wanted to say hey brilliantly you have dealt with such a tough situation.
This process would have defeated a lot of people and caused them to leave property investing forever. I hope you are rewarded with a long and successful property investing journey.
Good Luck
