Water tank in front of property

Was looking at an IP and it had a water tank at the front of the property although it was covered by trees/plants I thought it was weird to have it there. Then went to the side to have a look and there seems to be plenty of space there. Would it be worth moving the water tank or just leave it?

If by moving it you feel you can increase the rent return or add value to the property then yes.

If it needs to make room for something that will add value then yes move it.

If however no increase in value and no increase to the rent return and nothing going in it's place then why go to the hassle and expense of moving it?

If however it was your PPOR and the other half did not like it where it was then the answer would have to be yes. You would have no other choice.
