What brick is that?

Does anyone recognise these bricks?
I've been told they're concrete bricks but not sure if they're cladding or the real thing?
Also, what era would they be from? Are they hollow? Would they have any asbestos in them?
What are their pros and cons?

Many of the fake brick claddings were designed to go over fibro and were asbestos backed
