Where to buy investment property in brisbane

What are some of the better areas to invest in atm.

I think the Goldy is worth more than Brisbane in the next few years for growth and/or recovery.

Sorry. Im looking to find a property whereby i can future develop it either sub divide it for put units/townhouses on it.

I am just starting out so i dont want to much Risk.

Dd also like something under 400K

I agree with A Jeremy, the Gold Coast and surrounds are a smart place to invest at the moment.

The Commonwealth Games are coming up in 2018 and the Government is dumping motsas of money into the infrastructre, transport and tourism sectors of GC and surrounds.

You can get a really great home down there for nothing and see some kick-*** returns in the long run.
