Seems to be a big secret! Even Rams representative doesn't know. Our Rams lending representative said he does not know who is to value our property. It's all done by the head office....?
But i thought that Rams are franchase, so this branch is owned by Mr 'A', and that branch is owned by Mrs 'B'...etc.
Is that true? Anyways, they had their 'secret' valuer looked at a property that we were interested in (in NSW) but we did not even know how much it was valued at, we did ask. Is that how it works?
