yarraville, kensington, seddon?

Hi looking for an IP does anyone have any preferences to any of these places and if so why. Also if you dont like these areas how come? besides its in the west, and where would you pick if not here. Thanks for your opinon

What price range are you talking about? And what type of property?

not really wanting to spend more than $650000 and in decent condition and wanting a house no appartment or townhouse

Oh ok...That's a pretty tough ask for a house unless you go West. I know you said you don't want an apartment but you can get decent apartments in better suburbs for that price

You might be stretching a bit these days to get anything other than a fixer-upper or something on a busy road or near the train line in Yarraville or Seddon for that money.

I'm not so sure on Kensington these days, although I'd expect it to be a bit pricier than Yarraville or Seddon.

Thanks i have already seen these properties on the net and checked out some others on the weekend, not sure on the norfolk one im keeping my eyes open just not sure which way to go in regards to which suburb but i know i need to bite the bullet, thank you for your time and effort.
