I am about to make a PPOR an IP and would like to hear fellow investor recommendations for a Melbourne firm that can complete a depreciation schedule as well as supply me with a current market valuation of the property.
I have used a quantity surveyor to prepare a schedule before but never one to do a market valuation.
With the market valuation, I need a firm that really knows the inner city market and can supply me the realistic market value that would be achieved at auction (obviously the higher the better). If you could offer your suggestions that would be greatly appreciated.
