Thanks for the post, some great info. in there. Is there any light you can shed regarding credit history checks? I was told that if you continually go to different lenders which run a check against you will actually worsen your score hence affect your ability to borrow more money? Is this the case?

What happens after the 10 years? Is the property free from the scheme and can be sold like a regular property?

I'll also note that rates in Logan (Beenleigh or LC) are higher than that of Brisbane City Council... something to take into consideration when purchasing in these areas.

I would consider the garden as part of the PM's responsibility even if its just a reminder at inspections advising tenants to mow the lawn/water the plants. I'd highly consider changing PM's if that is an option? On a side note, my PM has been ok in this respect but has recently gone on leave...
