No doubt the area will benefit from the Ella Bay resort development. I think the EIA has been given a green light by QLD Government and planning authorities. Development starts 2009 I think. Cheers EL

NSL One of our 1st property investments was in Redcliffe. We've seen excellent CG which has enabled us to move into other areas. But as WGB mentioned rental yields aren't that great. Would have to agree with previous comments - all the money spent on foreshore development and unit block...
