That savings (120K) alone is above average salary
It is. It would be unrealistic, though, to suggest that it hasn't been a long and difficult road to get to where I have in my career, and that has probably been my biggest investment, in terms of effort and hours and taking risks to move jobs at the right time, and knowing when to stay put.
We don't save that much every month, but certainly many months.
Last 10 years...
Achievements:
Brought my first PPOR at age 23.
Finished my Bachelor degree
Travelled around the world, close to 40 countries.
Married a year ago
Brought few more properties + land, and sold a few along the way
Currently total of 3
Moved around a few interesting jobs
Aimed to purchase a minimum of 2 IP's this year, and many more...
Retirement at age 50, and move to Penang (20 more years to go)
And joined SS, abit too late.. better late than never I suppose
