Fantastic news!

If only this was brought in a year or two ago then I wouldnt have had to "bend" the laws so much when I constructed my GF

This makes me more excited to do a second one now that like Propertunity said, a bit of common sense has been applied.

It's good news - and that's a decent size. One of my 3 bedroom IPs in the South is only slightly bigger than that.
