Bath shower combo? A pain?

Hey all

I have plans to renovate my bathroom soon and I have a narrow bathroom. I have a shower bath and a 900 vanity in there, what's everyone's thoughts on a bath shower combo?

I personally not liking the idea epsicially for resale.

Love to hear everyone's thoughts.

Not sure if I would like it for my own home but I love them for IP's. No leaking shower recess!!!

Got one in IP , not sure I would put another in , more expense ect
Current tenant has small kid and loves it to be able to bath the kid.
They don't really make the bathroom look fresh and appealing compared to
a nice new flat floor shower screen.
